Shipments Policy
Your pack shipment
Your order will almost always ship within one business day from the moment you submitted it. If you submitted your order by 3:30 pm EDT, it will almost always ship to you on the same day. Any orders placed after 3:30 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipment tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as a shipping label is created. Packages are first scanned by shipping companies. Tracking information will start appearing once your package has been scanned.
We reserve the right to ship via whichever shipping method/shipping company makes the most sense, but we try to accommodate whichever shipping company you request.
Packages are generally shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Risk of packet loss
All items purchased from Auto Tech Locksmith Supply are made pursuant to a standard shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a package seems to have been lost during shipping, please contact the shipping company yourself and try to have the package located. In most cases, if you contact your shipping company directly and immediately, your package will be found. Relying on us to contact the shipping company only causes further delays.
Auto Tech Locksmith Supply ships orders to the exact address the customer has given on their invoice. If the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address, and the package is returned to us, shipping costs must be paid again in order to reship the package. If a refund is preferred, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued.
Auto Tech Locksmith Supply, Inc. is an online locksmith wholesaler, so we generally ship to businesses. We cannot guarantee or warranty any shipments that use an apartment shipping address.
Any shipping address that has a P.O. box number for delivery will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping Cost
Auto Tech Locksmith Supply, Inc. strives to offer our customers the most efficient and affordable shipping options that we can. That’s why we currently offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99 to shipping addresses in the continental United States. However, free shipping does not apply to Machinery, Lockout Tools, overweight items or drop shipped items.
The shipping prices are shown in the shopping cart section, these prices are subject to changes in shipping costs of the shipping companies.

- USPS Priority Mail Small Box for $9.45 Size Inside 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" Outside 8-11/16" x 5-7/16" x 1-3/4"
- USPS Priority Mail Medium Box for $16.10 Size 1 Inside 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Outside 11-1/4" x 8-3/4" x 6" Size 2 Inside 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" Outside 14" x 12" x 3-1/2"
- USPS Priority Mail Large Box for $21.50 Side Inside 12" x 12" x 5-1/2" Outside 12-1/4" x 12-1/4" x 6"
- USPS Express Mail Envelope for $26.95 Side 12-1/2" x 9-1/2"
- Shipping of large machinery and electrical equipment will be sent by Fedex Ground, the shipping cost may vary according to the dimensions of the item.
